PCRC and FRSC Rivers State Rally 2023
19th July 2023, the PCRC Rivers State Command partnered with the Federal Road Safety Corps, Rivers State Sector on a rally themed: "Zero road crash is possible if only drivers obey traffic rules and regulations". The rally started with an interactive session with drivers at the Rivers Joy Park. The Road Safety team was led by the Deputy Corps Commander (DCC) C.Y. Mbaegbu who was representing the Sector Commander, Salisu Umar Galadunci, Corps Commander (CC). The PCRC team was led by the State Chairman, and he was accompanied by a cross-section of State exco members, Area Command Chairmen, Divisional chairman as well as members drawn from different strata of the PCRC.
