The PCRC paid a courtesy call on one of our patrons and a pioneer member of the PCRC, HRH Emere Emperor JD Mkpe II, JP, AMB. P., the Paramount Ruler of Alesa Eleme, at his palace at Alesa Eleme. During the interactions with His Royal Highness, the team could not but notice his passion for advocacy and support for the Police in particular and other law enforcement agencies in general.
