PCRC General Meeting - September 2024
The PCRC Rivers State Command held her monthly meeting on Thursday, 19th September 2024 in the space under our secretariat, the former Cold Room (as the Mess is currently under renovation). Highlights of the meeting included observation of a minute's silence in honour of our late member, Ms Ann Elem, presentation of reports from various area commands, where they gave progress reports about divisions under their respective jurisdictions, as well as some verbal security reports on some recurrent security threats. Members of the Rivers International Film Festival also informed the house about their upcoming event, engaging area command chairman on areas of mutual interest. New divisional delegates were introduced to the house, while new members were also inducted. The meeting closed with September celebrants cutting birthday cakes.
